Returns policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your item, you have the option to exchange it or get a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your full order.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition in order to be eligible for a refund.

Return and Exchange Exclusions:

• Final sale: all items noted as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Custom orders: all custom items are final sale at the time of purchase.

• Made-to-order: all made-to-order items are final sale at the time of purchase.

• Damaged returns: items damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact us by e-mail contact@eskicirugs.com to start a return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
