Each rug is carefully inspected and professionally packaged to ensure safe transit. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

All shipments are fully insured and may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

International Orders

We gladly ship internationally.

Because each rug varies in size, weight, and destination requirements, international shipping is arranged individually to ensure secure and accurate delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The rug must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in saleable condition
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Because our rugs are one of a kind, exchanges are subject to availability..

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund until the rug has been received and inspected.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom orders
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale

Items returned in damaged condition due to customer negligence are not eligible for refund.
